Alessio, the creator of these sauces, started out from Venice and travelled all over the world. On his travels he became so fascinated by spices that he decided to include them in his recipes. Starting with the tradition of Italian cuisine, he created his “Spicial Sauces”, spicy and fragrant, flavoursome and colourful sauces. Each recipe is the result of meticulous research and years of experience in the field of gastronomy.
