Ingredients
Mixed mushrooms 53% (Boletus edulis, Pholita nameko, Cantharellus cibarius), extra virgin olive oil 16%, onion, carrots, parsley, salt, natural flavourings and specified mixed spices. Gluten-, additive- and preservative -free.
A sauce for those who love wild mushrooms. Porcini, honey fungus, and chanterelle mushrooms are enhanced by the exquisite flavor of spices. To create our sauces, we aim for the highest quality, enriching them with natural aromas and selected traceable and carefully processed spices skillfully blended to achieve the perfect balance between the world of spices and our Western culture.
With a jar of ready-made sauce, you can season 350/400 g of short or long pasta, obtaining generous portions for 3 or 4 people.
Simply cook the pasta, preferably al dente, and pour the sauce into a pan with a little cooking water and heat it for 1 minute. Add the pasta and stir over a medium-high heat. Then enjoy it.
