- 400 g Crab meat
- 300 g Cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large Onion
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- 400 g Tagliolini
Preparation
Cook the tagliolini in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves until golden brown.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut into wedges and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add the crab meat and chopped parsley and cook for another minute. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the skillet with the sauce. Mix well and sauté for about 30 seconds over medium heat.
Plate the tagliolini evenly. Enjoy your meal!
